Current List of Delinquent Properties Subject to Tax Sale

Currently, the Carson City Treasurer's Office has no properties scheduled for a tax deed sale in calendar year 2024.

The Carson City Treasurer’s Office was scheduled to conduct its next public tax deed sale on Wednesday, 4/24/24, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.  As of Monday, 3/25/24, the owners of all the properties originally scheduled for this tax deed sale have submitted the full payments required, and the Carson City Treasurer's Office has canceled the tax deed sale for 2024.  Currently, the Carson City Treasurer's Office has no tax deeds scheduled at this time. The Carson City Treasurer's Office anticipates the next tax deed sale for Carson City, Nevada will take place in April of 2025.
